Exemption statement
All content on interactiveporn.net is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
The exemption applies because this site produces no visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A). What we publish is written editorial material: reviews, category descriptions and comparison listings, together with interface screenshots that contain no such depictions.
What this site does not produce
- No photographic or video depictions of real people engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
- No user-uploaded media of any kind. There is no upload mechanism.
- No hosted galleries, embedded players or streams.
- No generated sexual imagery of real, identifiable people — such tools are excluded from the directory as a matter of policy.
Content on the sites we link to
Outbound links lead to services operated by other companies. Where content on those services falls within § 2257, the operator of that service is the producer and holds the records. We neither create, host, nor control that material, and we are not their custodian of records.
Requests about a specific depiction on a third-party service must go to that service's designated custodian, which their own compliance page will name.
